About Mel,

After earning an MBA and having been in the international transportation and logistics world for just under a decade, Melissa “Mel” Gilmore decided that it was time to move onto something that was genuinely fulfilling to her and allowed to her to help people feel amazing about themselves inside and out, so she went back to school and became a certified personal trainer.

Since then, she has continued to take classes and obtain leading certifications in order to stay on top of the latest in the industry and bring the most effective workouts that are available to her clients.

Mel specializes in in-home personal training, which is an incredibly convenient way for her busy clients (from moms to business executives) to get and stay fit and feel like their best selves.

Mel is an in-home personal trainer, so she comes to you!

This is an especially wonderful option if you are a new mom and are trying to get your workouts in while the little one is down for a nap, a traveling corporate executive that could use some creative hotel room/gym exercise ideas and some motivation while on the road, for anyone that might be a little too intimidated by the traditional gym scene, or for anyone that would just like the opportunity to get in shape and feel great from the comfort of their own home!
